Ongoing Fundraiser
Be an advocate for change
We believe theatre can open up new perspectives, bring communities together, and contribute to a more inclusive arts landscape in Singapore. We nurture artists and young people from diverse backgrounds, while creating and supporting work that brings underrepresented stories and voices to the forefront.
As a not-for-profit theatre company, we rely on government grants and fundraising to sustain this work. With your support, we can create more opportunities for artists, reach wider audiences, and continue telling stories that encourage greater understanding and connection.
Join us in supporting a theatre landscape where more voices can be heard, more stories can be told, and everyone has a place.
AMBOI! 2026
Join us in Teater Ekamatra’s Amboi! Fundraising Campaign and help nurture the next generation of Singapore theatre-makers.
Since 1988, Ekamatra has been a home for boundary-breaking stories. On our stage, minority voices take the spotlight, untold stories come alive, and bold new ideas challenge the status quo.
Through our merEKA development programmes, we support playwrights, directors, actors, arts managers, and theatre-makers at every stage of their journey. Whether someone is taking their first steps in the industry or looking to deepen their practice, our programmes provide mentorship, training, networks, and opportunities to grow.
This is where you come in!
Your donation keeps our programmes affordable and accessible. It funds experienced mentors, creates spaces for artists to grow, and ensures no one is left behind because of financial barriers. Every dollar is an investment in people, stories, and futures.
By supporting Ekamatra, you’re not just giving to theatre, you’re helping to build an arts ecosystem that values diversity, nurtures talent, and inspires the Singapore of tomorrow.
Together, we can ensure that artists continue to have the support, community, and resources they need to create the stories that matter.
Every donation makes a difference, and different donation tiers come with exclusive rewards.
